Ingredients

  • 2 cups maida


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp cornstarch


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • Take a bowl and put maida into it and cornstarch too,
  • Now add oil and mix it well, now by adding water kneed the flour and make a smooth dough.
  • Now make two balls out of it and the size should be like a lemon.
  • Now with the help of rolling pin roll the chapatis, and take the one chapati and put it into the second one.
  • Now take a pollybag and place it in between and slightly roll it and make it in big size.
  • Now take a tawa and put it into the tawa and just in 8 to 10 seconds flip it.
  • Now in 8 to 10 seconds take it into the flat board and and cut the sides as per your shape.
  • And know the surprise part you have to pull out from between the thinest sheets will come out
  • Your sheets are ready
